Standard Curbside Delivery
We deliver to any US address as long as the billing address for your payment card is included on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (with the exception of small items shipped by mail that fit through a mailbox). Please be sure to keep the receipt included with your goods.
Cast Iron Radiators Ltd aims to ship all in-stock items within 10 business days. Custom-made items may take longer, and estimated lead times will be listed on the individual product pages. At certain times of year, higher demand may extend shipping times. To confirm current delivery times, please contact our US office at 212-814-6888.
Delivery Charges

Free shipping on all orders over $100 (year-round).

Orders under $100 will have a standard shipping charge automatically calculated at checkout.

We are committed to transparent pricing. Some manufacturers claim “free shipping” but build the cost into the product price. We separate product and shipping costs clearly so you always know what you’re paying for.
Delivery Method

Radiators are shipped on pallets. The delivery driver is not permitted to lift or move heavy items and will deliver your order curbside only (the nearest safe location at the edge of your property).

Depending on your order, items may ship in more than one batch to ensure safe transport.

Deliveries occur Monday–Friday between 7am and 6pm. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
Please note: While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, Cast Iron Radiators Ltd cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once goods are delivered.
Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. With the exception of custom-made items, all products are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return items.

Returned goods must be in a resalable condition, with all original packaging, boxes, and accessories included.

If you would like us to arrange the return shipment, we can do so; in that case, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your item is missing parts or arrives damaged, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, provided you notify us within 10 business days.

Refunds for defective products will also include a refund of the original shipping charge.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled any time before shipping without penalty. If payment has already been processed, you will receive a full refund. You may cancel an order online or by calling us directly.
