Our factory operates on 100% renewable energy supplied by certified carbon-neutral providers. Customers also have the option to offset the carbon footprint of their radiator’s production and delivery through our tree-planting program—a small step that makes a lasting difference.
Recycled & Responsible Materials
Every cast iron radiator we make is produced from recycled metals, ethically and responsibly sourced. We partner exclusively with foundries that reject forced labor practices and are committed to continuous environmental improvements. These modern foundries run zero-emission electric furnaces, backed by major investments in emission-reduction technology. Unlike the smoke-filled factories of the 19th century, today’s facilities are clean, efficient, and designed for the future.
Waste Reduction & Recycling
Reducing waste is central to our sustainability strategy. We carefully track all factory waste and work with licensed recycling partners to ensure as little as possible goes to landfills. Our internal goal is to recycle at least 98% of waste—and last year, we reached an incredible 99.2%. We also share our practices with other manufacturers to help raise industry-wide environmental standards.
Reducing Emissions
Painting and polishing naturally produce some emissions, but we go to great lengths to minimize them. This includes recycling solvents and thinners on-site and prioritizing low-VOC, water-based paints whenever possible. Every step of our finishing process is carefully controlled to limit emissions without compromising on quality.
Everyday Efficiency
Sustainability also comes from everyday habits. Our facilities use high-efficiency LED lighting, and all buildings are fully insulated for energy savings. We encourage our team to adopt simple practices—like powering down equipment and turning off lights when not in use—to build a culture of energy awareness.
Cutting Water Usage
With water scarcity becoming a global challenge, we’ve invested in innovative manufacturing processes that dramatically reduce water use. Compared to our first year in business, we’ve cut water consumption per radiator by 96.5%—a major step toward protecting this essential resource.
