The Narrow Princess 460mm Cast Iron Radiator is the most compact model in this beautifully refined range—standing just 460mm (18 inches) tall and slightly slimmer than the traditional Princess design. Originally manufactured by the American Radiator Company around 1890, its shallow depth makes it the ideal solution for hallways, alcoves, and rooms where floor space is limited but timeless style is still a must.
Crafted using traditional foundry techniques and cast from original moulds, these radiators are authentic Victorian reproductions—blending period charm with modern performance. Whether you're restoring a period property or adding character to a contemporary space, the Narrow Princess offers the perfect balance of form and function.
Each radiator is hand-built to order and delivered fully assembled, pressure tested to 8 bar, and compliant with BS EN442-1 and BS EN444-2 standards. Available in a wide range of painted finishes, metallics, and hand-polished styles, it can be customised to suit your interior perfectly.

Finishes and Lead Times
By default all of our cast iron radiators come in factory primer. Our lead times do vary throughout the year and depending upon the product finish chosen.

Hand Polished Cast Iron Radiators - from £30 per section inc VAT
Hand polishing cast iron radiators is a very time consuming process. Each section is individually polished with a series of bespoke polishing wheels.
We only polish the visible areas - the front, the top and on the end sections but not on the back which would be placed against the wall.
Branded Paint for Cast Iron Radiators - £12 per section inc VAT
We are able to paint your cast iron radiators in any Farrow and Ball, Sanderson, Little Greene, Fired Earth or any other branded paint.

Oversized Radiators
Our cast iron radiators are normally delivered via third-party pallet networks, using standard-sized pallets. For radiators that exceed these dimensions, we supply them in pre-assembled blocks along with the necessary assembly tools and clear, easy-to-follow instructions to ensure straightforward on-site assembly.
